  Advantages of steel structure in terms of cost The materials used in the steel structure can be rolled into various profiles by specialized metal structure factories, which are easy to process and produce, and have high accuracy and precision. The finished components can be transported to the site for assembly and connected by welding or bolts. Because the components are light, it is easy to install, the degree of construction mechanization is high, and the construction period is short, which creates conditions for reducing the cost and exerting the economic benefits of investment. In addition, it is relatively easy to rebuild and strengthen the steel structure that has been built, and the structure connected by bolts can also be demolished as needed, and the reuse rate is high.

 INSTALLATION IN HIGH ALTITUDE The high-altitude installation method refers to the method of transporting the transport unit (plane truss or cone) or parts transported to the site, using a hoisting machine to lift it to a high altitude and assemble it into an overall structure. It is suitable for bolt balls or high-strength bolts. Grid structure. During the assembly process, a part of the space frame is always suspended. When the grid frame is suspended and spliced into a stable system, there is no need to set up any brackets to bear its own weight and construction load. Installation in high altitude When the span is large and spliced to a certain length of overhang, set up a single-leg column or bracket to support the overhanging part to reduce or avoid deflection due to self-weight and construction load

  The ground assembly method can be divided into several construction methods: a. On-site assembly and overall jacking The space frame  is assembled on the ground, and the fulcrum is set at the position of the column, so there is no need to stagger it, and then the space frame  is raised to the design level with a jack. b. On-site assembly and overall improvement The space frame  is fully assembled on the ground, and then the space frame  is raised to the design level by using the plate lifter or the sliding form lifting machine. c. On-site assembly, overall hoisting, and high-altitude displacement This method is to stagger the grid support from the position of the support column when assembling on the ground (when individual rods affect the lifting, they can not be assembled, but should be properly reinforced). Then use the hoist to lift the space frame , and then move the space frame  after it exceeds the top of the column, so that the support of the space frame  moves to the top of

  The design of the steel structure should be focused on different specific conditions, and a good architectural design must achieve the integration of the image and structure concept.
