Analysis in terms of quality assurance.

1, welded ball structure using hollow ball (material Q235 ordinary steel) and welded pipe on the site of the welding, by the temperature and wind speed, under the influence of the welding machine equipment and basic artificial manual, resulting in the material, positioning, welding process, error, low precision. The steel has stress deformation before and after welding, which is a safety hazard.
