Analysis in terms of quality assurance.

1, welded ball structure using hollow ball (material Q235 ordinary steel) and welded pipe on the site of the welding, by the temperature and wind speed, under the influence of the welding machine equipment and basic artificial manual, resulting in the material, positioning, welding process, error, low precision. The steel has stress deformation before and after welding, which is a safety hazard. The angle control between the various bars is not accurate after use, which can easily distort the bars and destroy the balance of force transmission. It is not possible to adapt to the requirements of shaped curves and oversized spans, and the quality is difficult to guarantee, so there are great limitations.

2、Bolt ball structure is made of solid ball (material 45# high strength steel) and high strength bolt (material 40Cr), which are closely jointed.
