If the calculation method of GB/T51129-2017 "Evaluation Standard for Assembled Buildings" is implemented, steel structure must be the unquestionable choice in order to realize the goal of assembled buildings accounting for 30% of the new building area.

With the improvement of standardized components, the implementation of modular design, the promotion of modular house type, the matching of functionalized units, and the development of intelligent manufacturing, the marginal cost of assembled steel structure will also diminish.
