1 Advantages of light steel structure application in industrial buildings
1.1 The physical space of the building is light and open

1.2 The main structure is stable and reliable
The steel itself is homogeneous, has good ductility, has good seismic and compressive properties, and has the smallest bulk density and yield point proportion compared with other materials. Steel structure is the main load-bearing component of light steel structure, and the steel with high toughness, plasticity and strength is used in order to withstand large dynamic loads. Most of the steel structure rods in the factory are processed after accurate calculation, and their quality is strictly inspected by modern testing means to ensure that their quality meets the requirements and standards. In addition, the cross support structure between the beams and columns and the joint action of the torsion and shear resistance of the sandalwood bar strengthen the stability of the light steel structure system.
1.3 Convenient construction method
The convenient construction method of light steel building is mainly reflected in: ① steel can be standardized mass production using advanced automated manufacturing equipment; The composition of the building skeleton has two ways, one is the on-site assembly of steel components; The second is directly formed in the factory and transported to the construction site; ③ Climate factors will not affect the on-site installation, no wet operation, no need for other molds, fast construction speed, the general plant only 2-3 months can be completed. 2 Analysis of industrial building design of light steel structure
The industrial construction design of light steel structure mainly covers three important parts: space design, facade design and roof design. The specific analysis is as follows:
2.1 Roofing building materials
2.1.1 Commonly used roofing panels
The roofing material of light steel structure should have high strength, light weight, durability, thermal insulation, sound insulation, seismic, waterproof and other properties, but also be able to carry out industrial production, simple structure and convenient construction operation. The roof steel structure mainly bears the roof load, which reduces the stress condition of the roof plate. At present, the commonly used roofing plates include color molded steel plate and color steel sandwich plate, among which the color molded steel plate needs to be in-situ composite, in order to deepen its thermal insulation effect, it needs to be filled with centrifugal glass wool and rock wool materials; The color steel sandwich board itself has good energy saving and environmental protection performance, and is the most commonly used roofing board.
2.1.2 Roof plate connection method
① Color molded steel plate connection method, which mainly includes two ways: First, occlusal connection, this method has two types of bite curling methods (see Figure 1), 180° for non-tight occlusion, 360° for tight occlusion, the principle is to use a special edge biting machine tightly occlusal lap together of the pressed steel plate edge, producing a certain airtight effect. The bite edge and the inner surface of the plate are fixed to each other by the steel plate hook, which ensures the appearance of the form facade; Second, the buckle type connection, in which the pressed steel plate joint edge is symmetrically arranged, and the buckle structure is used to tighten the plate edge, and the waterproof buckle cover is installed (see Figure 2). The method has a hidden structure and uses the cavity principle under the buckle to increase the waterproof effect. However, this method is not suitable for coastal typhoon-prone areas.
(2) Color steel sandwich plate connection, there are mainly two forms of transverse and longitudinal connection of the roof plate (see Figure 3). The outer plate of the roof sandwich plate is a high-wave compression steel plate, including U shape and V shape two kinds. Transverse connection mode In order to prevent siphon phenomenon, the structure should be made and fixed under the roof plate gland; Longitudinal connection in the purlin, two boards to be placed on the roof support member, and the length of the board support to ≥50mm, so the connection purlin is generally designed into double purlin or welded long Angle steel.
2.2 Roof function design
2.2.1 Drainage Design
Light steel continuous multi-span structure determines that there will be a plurality of roof ridges, internal gutter and slope direction on the roof, drainage design to deal with the relationship between the roof slope and indoor space, generally light steel house slope greater than or equal to 5%, using the form of roof drainage. At the same time, the higher the slope of the roof, the more indoor space is wasted, the more steel is used and the heat is lost. At this time, the roof exterior plate material using the external drainage method should be selected wave high rib compression plate, and adopt the side 360° curling connection, so as to effectively solve the above problems.
2.2.2 Ventilation design
Industrial closed production operation mode is very easy to produce a large number of dust, smoke and hot gas and other dirty gases, if not discharged in time will seriously affect the indoor working environment, and even endanger the health of the operator, corrosion of structural components, which requires the installation of gas building or auxiliary ventilator, skylight and other facilities on the basis of the facade of the shutter, to maintain a good indoor environment.
2.2.3 Lighting design
The roof lighting design is mainly the use of lighting ceiling, light panels and other forms, including lighting ceiling is the skylight form of the lateral window opening on the surface of the roof, and its height and span are mainly determined according to the requirements of ventilation and lighting. In addition, according to the lighting requirements, the lighting ceiling can be set alone or can span the entire ridge or extend to the wall and facade combined design; The light board can be selected as hollow board, glass fiber reinforced polyester, etc., and installed on the roof enclosure board to form lighting strips and increase indoor light. At present, the most commonly used lighting plate in the light steel structure factory is glass fiber reinforced polyester, which has the advantages of high strength, good durability, convenient molding, etc., and the color molded steel plate is used together to achieve a better lighting effect.
