Cooling method of steel building structure

1. Heat preservation and cooling:

Steel structure plant insulation film can isolate most of the solar radiation and conduction heat, reduce the indoor greenhouse effect. Then the temperature of the plant is greatly reduced to improve the environment of the steel structure plant.

The commonly used methods now have the following two choices: the steel structure roof of the plant is covered with thermal insulation cotton, the general thermal insulation cotton used on the roof is glass wool, the common thickness is 50mm,75mm,100mm, and the density is 10kg/m. Good equipment can generally reduce the indoor temperature by 5-8 ° C, and the construction process is messy. 2. Let in air to cool down

Because some machines in the steel structure plant have heat and water vapor, these hot gases and water vapor assuming that they are not discharged in time will accumulate in the plant, and then the temperature of the steel structure plant will increase and affect the steel structure plant environment. The way to deal with these problems is to ensure the fair ventilation of the plant and the appropriate ventilation system of the equipment.
