Second, improve the fire performance of steel structure plant.

Steel directly affects the fire resistance of steel structure plant. Because steel is afraid of high temperature, its strength will be significantly reduced in a high temperature environment, resulting in deformation and even failure of steel structure members. Therefore, the fire performance of the steel structure plant is maximized to avoid immediate collapse in the event of fire. In addition to improving the fire resistance of the steel structure plant, the spraying method can also be used to improve the fire resistance of the steel structure, change the steel structure and metallographic organization, and improve the fire and weatherability of the steel structure. In the construction, the spraying method can also be used to improve the fire resistance of the steel structure, and the spraying thickness can be reasonably designed and sprayed according to the design value. Spraying method is an economical construction method with fast construction speed, especially suitable for steel components with complex shapes. However, this method has some disadvantages such as rough surface and difficult cleaning, so it needs to be modified by some design techniques in construction.



Third, steel structure engineering rust treatment technology.

The surface of the steel structure plant is directly exposed to the atmosphere, easy to rust, and the existence of the humid environment and corrosive medium will accelerate the corrosion of the grid. Therefore, in the design of the steel structure plant, attention should be paid to the anti-rust treatment of each component, combined with the corrosion medium and environmental conditions of the steel structure, strengthen the design of the general drawing of the steel structure, process layout, material selection, etc., to ensure the structure during the test. Considering the difference of the environment and coating characteristics, the coating quantity and thickness of the anti-rust primer and top paint are carried out to give full play to the anti-rust effect of the coating.


Fourth, roof and support design.

In order to improve the overall rigidity of the steel structure plant, ensure the overall stability, and avoid the excessive deformation of the steel structure members and the instability of the pressure rod. The steel structure support system needs to be designed with reasonable form, equipment layout, temperature section length and other factors to ensure its stability and reliability. However, the support system should be set up between the columns with stable temperature section in the steel structure workshop, and the horizontal support of the roof should be coordinated. The lower column support of the steel structure building needs to be set in the middle of the temperature zone, so that the crane beam and other components can be freely telescoped to both ends of the section as the temperature changes. At present, the steel roof is mainly composed of two layers of color pressed steel with thermal insulation cotton inside the rigid roof, composed of color steel plate, thermal insulation layer, gas insulation layer and coil water insulation layer.


Reasonable design of temperature expansion joint.

In the steel structure site, temperature change will cause deformation and produce temperature stress. In the case of large steel structure site plane size, in order to avoid large temperature stress, it is necessary to set temperature expansion joints reasonably in both vertical and horizontal directions of steel structure site. Usually, by setting up a double column for temperature expansion joint treatment, the longitudinal temperature expansion joint can be set on the support of the roof.
