First, what is PC board?

Second, what are the characteristics of PC sheet?

PC Sheet is a material with excellent light transmission properties, its 6MM thickness of the transmittance of up to 82%, similar to glass, it is difficult to distinguish. In addition, the material also has excellent impact resistance, compared with the same thickness of ordinary glass, plexiglass and toughened glass, its impact resistance is 300 times, 30 times and 20 times higher respectively. Even when a 3kg hammer is dropped from a height of 2 metres, the material remains undamaged. As a result, sunrooms and canopies made of PC panels can effectively withstand damage from hail, snow pressure, and overhead smashers.

In addition, the heat transfer coefficient of PC sheet is 1.1-4.1W/m2℃, which is lower than the heat transfer coefficient (K value) of ordinary glass and other plastics, and its heat insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than that of the equivalent glass, and its heat insulation performance can be up to 49%. In the outdoor application of sunroom and canopy, even in the sun exposure, the material will not turn yellow and decay, ten years after the loss of light transmission rate of only 6%.
